AI Engineer · Researcher

Building machine learning systems for biomedical data.

I’m Amir Buchali, an AI engineer and researcher working at the intersection of machine learning, medical imaging, and biomedical signal processing. My recent work focuses on fast, physics-aware methods for magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging.

Machine learning for health

My interests include medical image analysis, magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging (MRSI), deep learning for biomedical signals, brain-computer interfaces, and computational neuroscience. I’m especially interested in methods that combine domain knowledge with efficient, reliable learning systems.
